报告人简介:
Lei Feng is an associate professor at Mechatronics and Embedded Control Systems division, Department of Machine Design, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm, Sweden. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1998 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Systems Control Group, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 2007. His main research interests include formal methods for the verification and control synthesis of cyber-physical systems, modeling, analysis, and optimization of embedded system architectures, energy management control of mechatronic systems, autonomous driving, trustworthy edge computing systems and applications, novel mechatronic systems enabled by 3D/4D printing, etc.
报告摘要:This presentation will briefly introduce the state-of-the-art control and machine learning technologies applicable to the optimal design and control of intelligent and green automobiles. The presentation focuses on three topics: (1) The application of optimal and learning-based control to the energy management control of green vehicles, such as hybrid-electric vehicles and battery-electric vehicles. (2) Path planning and trajectory control of autonomous and connected vehicles. (3) Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to support the development of intelligent vehicles. This topic studies architectural design and analysis methods and tools to formally design and verify the software and electronics of intelligent vehicles.
